Hardinger ~ Bruner.

Monday, January 1, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Perry Bruner, near Decatur, Iowa, occurrerd the marriage of their daughter, Lena Marie, to Mr. Joseph B. Hardinger, jr. of near Davis City. While Mrs. Fred Millsap, cousin of the bride, played Mendelssohn's wedding march, the bride and groom took their places attended by Mr. and Mrs. Fred Young. The marriage service was read by Rev. Henry Esch, pastor of the Christian church, Leon, Iowa.

After congratulations a splendid wedding dinner was served. The guests were Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Johns, Plankington, S. D., Mr. and Mr. J. B. Hardinger of Davis City, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Epperly and daughters, Opal and Virginia of Leon, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Millsap of Decatur and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Young of Decatur.

The young couple will be at home to their friends on the farm near Davis City after March 1st. The community unites in wishing them joy and prosperity.
