DR. FREDRICK A. BOWMAN of this city and MISS
MAMIE D. SYLVESTER, were
united in marriage at the home of the bride's
parents in Davis City last
evening at 8 o'clock, in the presence of a
large number of invited
guests.

The groom is a rising young physician of this
city with a glowing
professional career before him. During his
residence here he has made
many warm friends both professionally and
socially. The bride is one of
Davis City's charming young ladies, the
daughter of MR. and MRS. J.N.
SYLVESTER. She is refined and cultivated and
enjoys the esteem of many
friends in Davis City, and will speedily win
many more in this city.

The happy couple will go to housekeeping in
this city the last of the
week in the Carroll cottage, corner 9th and Q
Streets. We join many
friends in wishing them a long and prosperous
journey through life.
