At high noon, Wednesday, March l7, l909, at the residence of MR. and
MRS. W.R. MANCHESTER, occurred the marriage of their daughter, MISS
BERTHA MAY and B. CARL MCDANIEL, both of New Buda Township, the father
of the bride being the officiating minister. After the ceremony, the
guests were ushered into the dining room where they found a table loaded
with good things to eat. Every one present seemed to enjoy themselves
eating, as MRS. MANCHESTER and daughter are fine cooks.

MR. and MRS. MCDANIEL are among Decatur County's most successful and
energetic school teachers. They will go to housekeeping on a farm near
the groom's parents, MR. and MRS. B.F. MCDANIEL, of New Buda.

CARL and BERTHA start out with bright prospects before them and their
many friends extend to them their best wishes for a happy voyage through
life.
