NEW COURT CASES:

CORAL HANKINS vs. LEW HANKINS. Plantiff asks that she be granted a divorce
from defendant alleging cruel and inhuman treatment. C.W. Hoffman attorney
for plaintiff.

WILLIAM MARTINDALE vs. LILLIE MARTINDALE. Plaintiff asks that he be granted
a divorce from defendant alleging cruel and inhuman treatment. He asks that
he be given the custody of the minor daughter, GLADYS, and alimony in the
sum of $300 and that the same be made a lien against property in south Leon
which he stated he deeded to defendant. M. Woodard, attorney for plaintiff.
