William R. Dellinger

Funeral services were conducted at the First Methodist Church in Powell, Wyo. Dec. 1, 1969 for William R. Dellinger, 77, who died November 28, 1969 at his home. The services were held at 2 p.m. conducted by the Rev. Evan Brian. Interment was in the Crown Hill Cemetery, Powell.

Dellinger was born Feb. 2, 1892, the son of Edwin and Mary Jane Dellinger; he lived in Davis County until 1914 where he homesteaded in Wyoming.

He was married to Katie Carr on Feb. 14, 1914. His wife, two sons, parents and one brother, Ralph, preceded him in death.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Roy (Helen) Martin of Worland, Wyo., one brother, B.J. Dellinger of Nodaway; three sisters, Mrs. Vera Mingus of Agency, Mrs. Adah Weilbrenner of Redding, Calif., and Mrs. Pearl Beath of Corning; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
