Florence Kassel

Florence E. Kassel, 65, of Pulaski, formerly of Fairfield, died Thursday, March 18, 1993, at Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield.

The body was cremated. A graveside serve will be conducted at (10) a.m. Tuesday at Memorial Lawn Cemetery at Fairfield with the Rev. Kim Eanes officiating. A memorial has been established. Wagle Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Kassel was born Oct. 30, 1927, in Fairfield, the daughters of Frank and Ellen McClurg Snoddy. She married David Paul Kurnes in 1946 in Fairfield. He died in 1982. She married Gene Kassel in Davenport. He died March 20, 1989. A homemaker, she had lived the past year in the Pulaski and Milton areas.

Surviving are two sons, James F. of Milton, Douglas P. of Pulaski; seven grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. Her parents and a son, David D., preceded her in death.
