Services for Harley Friedrichsen, 96, of Perry, formerly of the Bouton and Woodward area will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Christ Lutheran Church at the intersection of 141 and 169. Burial will be in Peoples Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Monday, March 12, 2012 with the family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday evening at Murdock Funeral Home.
Harley was born September 30, 1915, the son of Henry and Anna (Meier) Friedrichsen in Boone County, Iowa. He married Goldie Ehlers on December 8, 1946 in Ogden, Iowa.
Survivors include two daughters, JoAnn (Larry) Santage of Treynor, Iowa and Carol (James) Canning of Pepperell, MA; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Memorials will be established in his name to Christ Lutheran Church, Bouton.
