Page 2, column 4Roy Belden, pioneer farmer of the Dexter community, died very suddenly Tuesday afternoon, August 11. Mr. Belden had been in poor health for several months, and had recently undergone hospital observation. Funeral services were held on Thursday at the Buckley and Bufkin funeral home in Stuart. Burial was in the Dexter cemetery.
