Services for Ray Hunter, 81 who passed away Sunday morning at the Dexter clinic after an illness of several years, were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at the Evans Funeral Home.
Mr. Hunter, a farmer, had lived his entire life in the Dexter vicinity. In 1909 he operated a furniture store in Dexter. He was a 60-year member of I.O.O.F. and a member of the Methodist church.
He is survived by his wife Anna, one daughter, Mrs. Pauline Davis of Boston, Mass., and a son Clifford of Creston.
Interment was in the Dexter cemetery.
