Rebecca Ann Martin, 21, who was born on August 2, 1991, in Mason City, IA, went to her heavenly home after a long and courageous battle with cancer here on earth on March 16, 2013, in Des Moines, IA.

Visitation will be held, Wednesday, March 20, 2013, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Ernst Funeral Home, Waukee. Funeral Services will be held, Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Lutheran Church of Hope. Committal Services will be held, Friday, March 22, 2013 at 11 a.m., at Alcock Cemetery in rural Bremer County.

Rebecca graduated from Waukee High School in 2010.

She leaves behind her parents; Robert Martin of Titonka, IA and Carolyn Martin of Waukee; and siblings Laura, Daniel and Nate.
