Fire at Dallas Center, Iowa

Des Moines, Iowa July 6. – The north side of the Main Street in Dallas Center, thirty-five miles north of here, was destroyed by fire Thursday night. The loss on building aggregates $12,000 and on stock $15,000. The heaviest losers were McClain’s Implement House and Furniture Store, $8,000; Toussand Millinery Company, $3,000; the post office and telephone offices were destroyed.
