Funeral services for Clarence Walter Eng, 78, Ida Grove, were conducted Saturday, Dec. 31 in the First United Methodist church, Ida Grove. The Rev. Clifford Isaacson officiated.

Eng died Dec. Dec. 30 at his home. Burial was in Hayes township cemetery, Arthur, under direction of the Christensen Funeral home, Ida Grove.

Eng was born Oct. 24, 1899 in Arthur. He married Edith Anderson Oct. 18, 1927 in Ida Grove.

He was a farmed and lived his entire life in the Ida Grove and Arthur areas. He was a member of the First United Methodist church.
