THE death of J. Fred Meyers, of the Denison Review, is announced. He was an editor of the old style, exceptionably able, and his period of service covered over forty years.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born in 1833 and died May 1, 1898. He is buried in Oakland Cemetery.
