Services for 87-year-old Gerald "Jiggs" McMahon of Manilla will be held 11 am Monday, September 24th, 2007 at the Sacred Heart Church in Manilla. Burial will be at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Jiggs McMahon died Friday, September 21st, 2007 at his home in Manilla. Survivors include his children, Gary McMahon of Omaha, Patrick McMahon of Minden, Timothy McMahon of Omaha, James McMahon of Omaha, Mary Heller of Manilla, Madonna Haynie of Omaha, Ann Katzer of Denison, Beth Dickson of Manilla and Susan McMahon of Bennington, NE; 18 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 10 step-great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Dorothy Rooney of Sioux City. Visitation will begin at 3:30 Sunday, September 23rd, with a rosary service at 4 pm and a prayer service at 7:30 at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manilla.
