Roger Barnett, 43 of Soldier, died Tuesday (January 9, 2007) near Soldier.

A Memorial Service was at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Armstrong Funeral Home in Mapleton.

Survivors include his son, Justin Barnett of Denison; his father, Kent Barnett of Soldier; his mother, Frances Barnett of Ute; three brothers, Randy Barnett of Missouri Valley, and twin brothers, Ron Barnett of Ute and Rick Barnett of Schleswig; one sister, Tana Barnett of Mapleton; and his maternal grandmother, Margie Pithan of Ute.
