Linda Lou Ahrenholtz, 62, of Johnston, died Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church in Harlan with burial in the Harlan Cemetery. The Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan was in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include her mother, Loretta Petersen of Elk Horn, three daughters, Danielle Johnson of Johnston, Beth Ann Walker of Des Moines and Holly Ahrenholtz of Denver, Colorado; three sisters, Jane Fabian of Elk Horn, Denise Juhl of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Ann Wolken of Harlan; and eight grandchildren.
