Craig E. "Peanut" McCoid

Born in Denison, Crawford Co. Iowa, "Peanut" is the son of Gloria Jean (Christenson) Mefferd and Donald Andrew McCoid of Arion, Crawford Co. Iowa.

He is survived by his wife Kris (Mass) McCoid and three sons Timothy, Matthew, and Nicholas McCoid.
Additional survivors include his parents and stepfather Bob Mefferd of Arion, Iowa; two brothers and their wives, Don and Peggy McCoid of Underwood, Scott and Nicole McCoid of Arion; a half-sister, Shawn and husband Tyler Malone of Dow City; two step-brothers and their wives, Bobby and Sherry Mefferd of Dunlap, Scott and Peggy Mefferd of Council Bluffs; a step sister, Deanna and husband Tony Warnock of Dunlap; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The Visitation was Wed, Sept.06 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
The Funeral service was Thurs, Sept.07 at 1 p.m., also at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home.
Rev. Mark Young officiant.
Interment was in the Ridgewood Cemetery.
