I have now fairly complete records of emigration of Christian Mohr (Moehr) and children: Carl, William, with wives and children. Carl with wife and children, was the first to emigrate in 1857, followed by his parents, his siblings, and their children in 1860. In Pomerania Christian and his offspring lived in villages such as Medow, Meussentin, and Behrenhoff. These are located in or near a triangle on a modern map made up of Highway 20 on the west, 180 on the south, and 110 on the north. All of these are in the area of the city of Greifsweld in far NE Germany.
