Susan Jane Wheatley

Susan went to be with the Lord on December 30, 2005 with her family with her after a short illness. Susan (58) was born to Sarah (Hocking) and Richard Wilkinson on January 12, 1947 in Dubuque, Iowa. She married Thomas D. Wheatley on October 4, 1967 (38 years of marriage). They moved to Florida in 1985. She was a Government employee for 25 years. Her passions were crocheting, camping, fishing and her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, 3 sons, Marc (Amy), Thomas, Jr. (Margaret), Anthony and 1 Daughter, Sara (J.B.) Richie. She has a total of 13 Grandchildren; Jessica, Brandon, Alexis, Brooklyn, Alissa, Morgan, Amanda, Cheyenne, Austin, Stephen, Summer, Shelby Grace, Aubry, and 1 Sister, Alice Riffe.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband’s parents and a brother. A Memorial Service will be held Mon. (1/2) at 10:00 A.M. at the Outreach Worship Center, Auburndale, Florida. Arrangements by Kersey Funeral Home, Auburndale, Florida.
