Bonita “Bonnie” F. Garcia, 64, of Sterling, Ill., died Tuesday at CGH Medical Center.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the McDonald-Allen-Grennan Funeral Home in Sterling with the Rev. Larry Harts of the World Wide Christian Center, Sterling, officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Sterling. Visitation is from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

She was born Aug. 19, 1941, in Trenton, Mo., to Howard W. and Madeline Jacques Wilkinson. She married Gregorio Garcia Jr. on Sept. 17, 1958, in Sterling.

Survivors include her mother; husband; three daughters, Rose M. (Ron) Thomas of Ellenton, Fla., Anita L. (Al) Berkeley of Dixon, Ill., and Norma J. (Steven) Thompson of Sterling; two sons, Gregorio W. (Sandy) Garcia and David H. Garcia, both of Sterling; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mildred Rice and Helen Allen, both of Sterling.

A memorial has been established.

She was preceded in death by her father and two brothers.
