Edward Jordan 12/28/1998 DeWITT, Iowa -- Services for Edward D. Jordan, of DeWitt, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery, Davenport. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mr. Jordan died Sunday, Dec. 27, 1998, at his home. He was a general agent for 30 years at National Travelers Health and Life Insurance. He also operated a garage and body shop in Kansas City, Mo. Mr. Jordan was born Jan. 17, 1920, in Kansas City. He married Pauline Speiser in 1946 in Olathe, Kan. A memorial fund has been established. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Barbara Manning, Davenport; sons, Arthur Jordan, Two Rivers, Wis., and Jason Jordan, Tulsa, Okla.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sisters, Dolly Wolfe, Liberty, Texas, and Freda Cox, Platte City, Mo.
