Ruth Mohr 12/24/1998 LOST NATION, Iowa -- Ruth A. Mohr, of Lost Nation, died Monday, Dec. 21, 1998, at Jackson County Public Hospital, Maquoketa, after an extended illness. Services were Wednesday at Union Presbyterian Church, Lost Nation. Burial is in Lost Nation Cemetery. Hayden Funeral Homes Inc., Wyoming, is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Mohr was employed as a waitress at a local cafe. Ruth Leonard was born Aug. 21, 1915, in Albion. She married Albert Mohr in 1938 in Davenport. The couple had operated a locker business in Oxford Junction. He died in 1984. Survivors include sisters, Mary Felsing, New Sharon, and Edna Thomsen, Lakota; and brothers, Malcolm Leonard, Apache Junction, Ariz., and Richard Leonard, Albuquerque, N.M.
