SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. —Luella A. Miller, 88, of Sierra Vista and formerly of Clinton, died Friday Nov. 4, 2005 in Sierra Vista.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home with Vicar Shannon Witt officiating. Burial will in the Springdale Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

She was born Dec. 23, 1916, in Clinton to William and Mae Hoehne Hinerichsen. She married Nolan V. Miller on Oct. 19, 1935, in Rockford, Ill. He died in 1997.

She was a homemaker.

She was a longtime member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Clinton.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Jan (Edward) Sheller of Sierra Vista; two sons, Richard (Sharon) Miller of Carbondale, Colo., and Michael Miller of Clinton; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Casa de la Paz Hospice, 300 El Camino Real, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and six sisters.
