Funeral services for Mrs. Jesse (Wanda) Baker, 68, will be held at First Presbyterian church, Wheatland at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8 with burial in Rosehill Cemetery, Mechanicsville. Mrs. Baker died at Bethany Medical Center, Kansas City, Kans. Nov. 4.

Mrs. Baker operated a bookkeeping and tax service in Wheatland. She was married to Jesse Baker in Rock Island, Ill. in 1933. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Jerrold (Elaine) Behrend, Mechanicsville; 2 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren; 2 step-great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Nettie VanTasell and Velma Renfrow, Cedar Rapids and a brother, Daniel Williams, Moline, Ill.
