Allen G. Hawley passed away at National City Calif., yesterday morning. Mr. Hawley was a former resident of this city and was president of the Tri-City Telephone company for 17 years, moving to California October 27, 1919, for the benefit of his health.
He was past 60 years of age and had been in poor health for several years. Left to mourn his death are his wife Margaret, and five children, Allen G. Jr., Mrs. John Walker, Deborah, Zedwick and Ralph.
Funeral services will be held at the late home in National City and the body will be placed in a receiving vault until spring and then taken to Lockport, Ill., his former home.
