DEATH OF SETH CLARK, SR.
Old Resident of Clinton Passes Away
Seth Clark, Sr., anold resident of Clinton, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. C. W. Crosby, at 645 Seventh avenue, Thursday afternoon at 3:20 o'clock from a complication of heart and bronchical troubles.
Mr. Clark was born in Portland, Me., Jan. 7, 1827. He came to Clinton with his family thirty years ago and had since resided here. Before coming west he was for a number of years an engineer on the old New York & Erie road. He also was engineer with the North Western a number of years.
He is survived by his wife and sons John, of Chicago, Engineer George Clark and Seth Clark, Jr., of this city and his daughter, Mrs. M. T. Crosby.
Funeral arrangements are not yet completed.
