Last evening at 5:10 occurred the death of Harry Herman Hartson at his home at 104 Washington street, death being due to a complication of diseases. He was born December 15, 187? at Savanna, Ill, and when but a small child came to Lyons, where he has lived ever since. He was a motorman for the Clinton Street Railway company at the time of his death.

He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Lillian and Ethel. Also three sisters, Mrs. Will Fredrickson of Lyons, Mrs. Chas. Leighty of Lyons, and Mrs. Emil Ranson of Donahue, three brothers, Burt of Clinton, Will of Calamus, and Frank of Sterling, Colo.

The funeral will be held from the home Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. Cady officiating. Burial will be made in the Springdale cemeteyr.

The deceased was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America. He was a kind and loving father and husband and has a score of friends who extend their sympathy to the grief-stricken family.
