Mrs. Elizabeth Case died Thursday morning at 2:30 o'clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Raynor, with whom she had made her home for many years. Deceased was aged 81 years and had been in apparently good health until two weeks ago when she suffered a stroke of paralysis, which terminated in her death yesterday morning. Two nephews, William and Charles Corbis, of Yates City, Illinois, and a great circle of friends survive. The funeral services were held this afternoon from the late residence at 2:00 o'clock. Burial was made in Elwood cemetery. Those who acted as pall bearers were R. L. Bourne, A. H. Peters, Mortimer Buckley, J. G. Raynor, Charles Howes and James McDonald.
