Mrs. Lillie Fox, 84, of Wheatland, died at Jackson County Public hospital at Maquoketa, April 7.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fox were held April 10 at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Wheatland, with the Rev. Harold Koenig officiating. Burial was in St. Paul's cemetery at Wheatland.

Lillie Laschanzky was born April 5, 1888, in Scott county, Iowa, to John and Charlotte Ehrcke Laschanzky. She married Henry Fox in Davenport Nov. 25, 1908. She had lived in Wheatland the past 14 years.

Survivors include 3 daughters, Mrs. Carl (Lurene) Kelding, New Liberty; Mrs. Fred (Ruby) Kroh, Wheatland and Mrs. Harvey (Jeanette) Kleppe, Bennett; 5 sons, Lester and Warren, Wheatland; Donald, Stockton; Virtus, DeWitt and Roland, Lowden; 21 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, 4 sons, one daughter, 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
