Miss Susan B. Lowe died in Denver Sunday and her remains will be placed in a vault until spring when they will be brought to DeWitt for interment. She had been ill for some time, pneumonia being the immediate cause of her death. She was born in Massachusetts March 21st, 1840, and lived in DeWitt for fifty years, moving July 4th, 1916, to Denver. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. C. M. Nye, and was a member for many years of the Congregational church of DeWitt and was one of its best and most faithful workers.
