John William Gool Sr. age 87 originally from Clinton, Iowa, passed peacefully into God's care on May 31, 2021. John was at home with his children at his side. Class of 1952 Clinton High School, went to the University of Iowa followed by the Army. Married Donna Dierks in 1956, stationed in Germany with Donna and John Jr. John and Donna danced thru life together until Donna's death in 2016.
John is survived by his in laws Jack and Connie (Dierks) Chase.
John Jr., Jennifer Eaton and Jay Gool his children. John III, Steve, Nicholas, Matthew, Jake and Cassidy his awesome Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren Natallie, Adaline and Alaric Gool.
On August 14th 2021 at 11am John & Donna will be joined together forever on the North Lawn in Clinton.
