William G. "Bill" Kruse Jr. age 58 of Clinton, passed away Monday Feb. 15, 2021 at Eagle Point Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services were held 11:00 AM Monday Feb. 22nd at the Pape Funeral Home. Burial will be at Clinton Lawn Cemetery.
Bill was born on Nov. 6, 1962 in Clinton, the son of William and Marjorie (Jech) Kruse Sr. He graduated from Clinton High School. Bill worked at Sweetheart Bakery, delivered newspapers, and an avid can recycler, often seen throughout Clinton on his bicycle. He attended of the Church of the Open Door, Clinton.
Bill is survived by his brother, John (Lori) Kruse of Moline, IL; his aunt, Janell Jech Howard of Camanche; two nephews, Ian and Lance; and his guardian, Chuck and Brenda Thornton of Clinton. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
