Dea Ann Mills, 54, of Clinton passed away Monday, September 14, 2020 at MercyOne - Clinton.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 am, Friday, September 18, 2020 at Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting her obituary at www.snellzornig.com.
Dea Ann McClimon was born June 21, 1966 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Lawrence and Nora (Cook) McClimon. She attended St. Mary's School and graduated from Clinton High School in 1984. She married David Mills on October 17, 1987 in Clinton, Iowa. Dea worked as a cook in the Cafeteria at Whittier Elementary School for 15 years and she was currently working in the Cafeteria at MercyOne - Clinton for the past 10 years.
She enjoyed playing pool and yearly anniversary trips with her husband to Las Vegas. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandson Remey.
Dea will be dearly missed by her husband David Mills of Clinton; three sons: Timothy Mills of Clinton, Matthew Mills of Andover and Jacob Mills of Clinton; grandson: Remey Mills of Andover; her father Larry McClimon of Clinton; three siblings: Laurel (Marvin) Good of Clinton, L. Michael (Mary) McClimon of Safety Harbor, Florida and David (Chris) McClimon of Marion, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother and her grandparents.
