Mrs. Charlotte E. Mackle passed away at Mount Alverno Home, Saturday at 9 o'clock. Requiem High mass was celebrated at Mount St. Clare chapel at 9 o'clock this morning with Rev. James Kissane the celebrant. Interment was in St. Mary's cemetery. Those attending the casket were John Logan, Robert Logan, Dr. F. M. Keefe, Dr. J. C. Langan, J. L. Wolfe and P. J. Kelly.
Charlotte E. Keegan was born in New York City 90 years ago, and came with her parents to Batavia, Ill. when a young girl later moving to this city where she has since resided. She had been making her home at Mount Alverno the past seven years.
Left to mourn her passing are two sisters, Mrs. Conley of Cincinnati and Mrs. La Rue of Britt.
