Ronald Albert Luckritz, 71, of Clinton, Iowa passed away peacefully at Resthave Care and Rehabilitation Center, Morrison, on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. A graveside service will take place at 12 pm on Wednesday, September 16, at Antioch Cemetery, Cyrene, Missouri. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Ronald was born June 20, 1949 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Ronald and Hazel (Jenson) Luckritz. He was a graduate of Clinton High School. He served his country in the U.S. Army, a veteran of the Vietnam War.
Ronald was united in marriage to Patricia Running on June 18, 1972 in Kirksville, Missouri. Patricia passed away July 15, of 2015.
Ronald worked for International Paper, in Clinton, for many years and until the plant closed. He then concluded his career working for Graphic Packaging in Georgia.
Ronald loved being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed working on and polishing his two Mustangs. Above all, he loved his family very much and especially spending time with his granddaughters.
Ronald is survived by his son Joshua "Josh" (Lindsey) Luckritz of Clinton; two granddaughters - Metalyn Luckritz and Jazzlyn Thyne; one brother - Brian (Pam) Luckritz of Clinton; with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, wife Patricia and one sister - Gwen Morris.
