DeWitt, Iowa -- August Jaegar aged 56 years passed away at Jane Lamb hospital, Clinton, at 8:20 Sunday, after an illness of three weeks following an operation.
The deceased is survived by his wife and six sons, Henry, August, Carl, Arthur, Benhart and Virtus.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 from the home and at 2 o'clock from the Lutheran church, Rev. W. P. A. Schroeder officiating. Interment will be at Elmwood cemetery.
