Diane L. Mitchell age 73 of Fulton, IL, passed away Sunday July 19, 2020 at her home. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday July 25th at St. John Lutheran Church, Clinton. Visitation will be held Saturday 9:30 AM until the service hour at the church. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family. Burial will be at St. Irenaeus Calvary Cemetery. Diane was born on May 8, 1947 in Dilwarth, MN the daughter of Russell and Agnes (Krumm) Engler. She married Ronald Mitchell on June 22, 1965 in Fargo, ND. Diane worked at the Clinton Garment Factory, Clinton for 25 years and at Clinton Abstract and Title Company, where she retired. She and Ronald were members of St. John Lutheran Church since 1975.
Diane is survived by her husband, Ronald Mitchell of Fulton, IL; two sons, Scott (Michelle) Mitchell of Bryant, IA and Daniel Mitchell of of Fulton, IL; six grandchildren; and two sisters, Rodella (Mark) Bierwerth of Rockdale, MN and her twin sister, Doretta Vincent of Tyler, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
