Mrs. Margaret Hunting, widow of the late S. M. Hunting, died at six o'clock last evening at her home 518 Second avenue South.
Mrs. Hunting was a long-time and highly esteemed resident of this city. She was the daughter of Robert and Jennett Ralston of Lockwinnock Renfrewshire, Scottland, and was born on March 15, 1854 in Schenectady, N. Y. At the age of four years she came to Clinton, and had since made her home in this city. On November 21, 1871, she was united in marriage with Mr. Huntin, who died on August 15, 1925. To this union three children were born. Isabel passed away in infancy. Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. O. S. Coykendall and her son, Robert L. Hunting of this city.
Mrs. Hunting was a devout member of the First Baptist church, and was beloved among the people of that congregation, and among a large circle of friends in this city.
Funeral services will be held at the family home at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon.
