Esther M. Woods, age 78 of Clinton, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Mercy One Hospital. In following Esther’s wishes cremation rites will be accorded. A gathering of family and friends will take place at a later date. The Pape funeral Home is assisting the family.

Esther was born in Clinton on July 5, 1941, the daughter of Louis and Gertrude (VanZuiden) Bos. She graduated from Fulton High School. Esther was employed at G.E. in Morrison and later at Waupaca Foundry in Waupaca, Wisconsin. She will be truly missed by her family and grandchildren whom she enjoyed spending time with. Esther had a passion for crafts which included cross stitching and canvas crocheting. She was an avid Green Bay Packer fan.

Esther is survived by 3 step-children, Julie (Kemper) Freyer-Reeves of East Chicago, IN, Cindy Shadle of Niles, MI and Jeff Freyer of Kissimmee, FL; 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and 2 sisters, Shirley Armstrong of Fulton and Beverly VanKampen of Clinton.
