Lum retired from Lock and Dam 13 in October of 1997 and they bought a new 35' Georgia-Bay class "A" motorhome, and traveled all around the country; mainly Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Southern California. Lum and Jeanne also visited Las Vegas, New Orleans and Branson, Missouri. Jeanne loved to run, and ran the "Bix 7" - seven years in a row. She also loved gardening and was an avid reader. She was the "light" of Lum's life.
Jeanne is survived by her husband "Lum," and four daughters: Susan (Dean) Anderson of Davenport, IA; Amber (Robin) Diestelmeier of Savanna, IL; Hillary (Deryl) Broshous of Stockton, IL; and Danica M.
