Lawrence "Larry" L. Atkinson, 82, of Camanche, Iowa passed away at the University of Iowa Hospitals on Friday, January, 17, 2020. A Funeral Mass occurs at 11 am on Thursday, January 23, at the Church of the Visitation, Camanche. A visitation occurs from 4 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday, January 22, at the Church. Burial takes place at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Larry was born February 27, 1937 in Rock Island, Illinois the son of Charles and Honora (O'Brien) Atkinson. Larry was united in marriage to Jacqueline "Jackie" Carber on November 28, 1959 at St. Mary's Church - celebrating 60 years of marriage last year.
