April 16, 1915 - The Clinton Advertiser page 3

After solemn requiem services at St. Mary's church at 9 o'clock this morning, the remains of the late Mrs. Patrick Duffy were laid to rest in Cavalry cemetery.

There was a large gathering of the old friends and neighbors of the late Clinton woman at the church this morning, and a long cortege of carriages followed the remains to their final resting place. The services at the Ninth avenue church were of a very impressive nature. Father O'Donnell, assistant pastor of St. Mary's, celebrated the solemn mass, assisted by Father Brady, of St. Irenaeus church, and Father Cone of Villanova. The sermon was preached by Father O'Donnell, who spoke of the life of the deceased, of her practical Christianity and devotion to home and friends. The sermon was an eloquent and impressive one.

Mrs. Duffy was one of Clinton's old and highly respected residents, and her death brings sincere grief to hundred of friends in this city and vicinity.
