Yesterday afternoon at 1:10 o'clock occurred the death of Mrs. Alex Stuedemann, 710 Exchange street. Mrs. Stuedemann was operated on at Agatha hospital for appendicitis and was getting along nicely till a change came for the worse and she passed away.

Miss Minnie Clark was born in Nachusa, Ill., June 20th, 1874, and came to this city in 1880, where she lived till the time of her death. She was married to Alex Stuedemann October 3d, 1894, and three children were born to them, all of whom are living to mourn her death, Raymond, aged 18, Lawrence, 11 and Louise 6. Besides her grief-stricken husband she leaves her father, Mr. Ed Clark, and two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Housell of DeKalb and Mrs. Hassier of Green Bay.

The funeral services will be held on Friday, August 31, at 2 p.m. in the Presbyterian church, conducted by the pastor, Rev. N. A. McAulay. The burial will be in Springdale cemetery, Clinton. The Order of Eastern Star will have charge at the grave she being a member of the Lyons chapter.

The funeral of the late Mrs. Alex Stuedemann will take place Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. from the Presbyterian church. Rev. N. A. McAulay will officiate and the burial will be in Springdale cemetery.

The funeral of Mrs. Alex Stuedemann took place this afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Lyons Presbyterian church. Rev. N. A. McAulay officiated and the Eastern Star of which she was a member of the Lyons chapter, took charge of the services at the grave.

The following friends of the deceased acted as pallbearers: Messrs. George Wulf, J. C. Zinglemann, A. E. Pinney, Otto Buech, Will Au and Gus Ehlers.

Miss Lundy and Mrs. Fischer sang several selections.

Burial was made in Springdale cemetery.
