Carl H. Frahm, a pioneer of Clinton county, died Wednesday night at Agatha hospital. He was brought here from the home of his daughter, Mrs. Joseph Brinkmann of Camanche, where he has made his home since the death of his wife three years ago.

Mr. Frahm was born in Germany in 1844, and came to this country in 1872. For a short time Mr. and Mrs. Frahm made their home in Clinton, then moved to Camanche and later to the old homestead at Rock Creek, now occupied by his son Frank.

Two sons and three daughters are left to mourn the death of their father. They are Frank, Rock Creek; William, Clinton; Mrs. Bertha Brockman, Ute, Iowa; Mrs. Joseph Brinkman, Camanche, and Mrs. Claus Drews, of Springville, N.Y.

The funeral of the late Carl H. Frahm will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock from his home in Camanche. Rev. Hugo Grimm of Lyons will officiate. Burial will be made in the Rosehill cemetery.
