Paul Albrecht, a former employe of the Lamb mills and later of the Northwestern in this city, died in a Moline hospital Saturday afternoon.

Mr. Albrecht was born in Germany, May 28, 1849. He came to America in 1872, and made his home in Clinton until the death of Mrs. Albrecht five years ago when he went to Moline to make his home with his children there.

Nine children are left. They are Mrs. Fred Rixon, Mrs. Charles Wilson, and Will Albrecht, Clinton, Mrs. C. M. Baldwin, Galesburg, Mrs. Fred Capion, Davenport, Mrs. Harry Holm, Ernest Albrecht, Moline, George Albrecht, Chicago and Miss Bertha Albrecht, Denver, Colo.

The funeral party consisting of Mrs. Wilson, Mr. and Mrs. Holm, Miss Bertha and George Albrecht will arrive with the body by way of the C B & Q tonight at 9:40 o'clock and will go to the home of Mrs. Fred Rixon, Jr., where a private funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30. The Rev. J. S. Leamer will officiate. Burial will be made in Springdale cemetery.

The funeral of Paul Albrecht, a former resident of Clinton, who died in Moline Saturday, was held Tuesday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Fred Rixon, Jr. The Rev. J. S. Leamer of St. Paul's Lutheran church officiated.

The pallbearers were Jacob Warnecke, Louis Iten, Henry Petersen, John Farrell, Andrew Nielsen and W. J. Brown.

Those who attended the service from out of the city are: Mr. and Mrs. Harry Holm, Moline; George Albrecht, Chicago, Bertha Albrecht, Denver, Colo.
