Death came suddenly to Ola C. Nielsen, 218 Oak street, this morning at 5:30 o'clock, after a night of quiet rest and apparent health. Mr. Nielsen worked all day Wednesday at the dray and transfer business in which he has been engaged for years. He went to bed as usual, but was stricken this morning when he awoke, and passed away without a struggle.

Mr. Nielsen was born in Denmark 47 years ago. He came to Chicago from the old country, and to Clinton 30 years ago. He leaves his wife, a brother and a sister.

The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at the home in charge of the Rev. Gotke of the Danish Lutheran church.
