Grand Mound, Ia., Sept. 29--The funeral of little Pearl Esther, the 7 months old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Pewe, who died from convulsions at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Porth, southwest of town, last Saturday, was held at Calvary cemetery last Monday morning. Rev. Peters of Clinton officiated at the grave. A large number of relatives and friends were present at the services and extended to the sorrowing parents their deepest sympathy.
