page 6Mrs. John Morrell passed away at 1:15 o'clock this afternoon at her home, 811 Fourth avenue.
Mrs. Morrell had been suffering from a general breakdown, but had only been confined to her bed for a week. She is survived by her husband, and two children, Albert Morrell and Miss Sadie Morrell of this city.
The funeral arrangements were not completed this afternoon.

page 3Funeral services for Mrs. John Morrell, who died Thursday afternoon at her home, 809 Fourth avenue, will be held at the home Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock, in charge of the Rev. C. L. Nye of the First Methodist church.
Mrs. Morrell was born in Yorkshire, England, in 1851. She came to America in 1880 and was married to John Morrell in July of that year at Toronto, Canada. They came to Chicago, where they made their home until 1904. Since then they have lived in Clinton, where Mr. Morrell does extensive work in architecture.

page 6Funeral services for Mrs. John Morrell were held at the home, 809 Fourth avenue Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock. The Rev. C. L. Nye of the First Methodist church was in charge. Burial was made at Springdale cemetery.
Mrs. Morrell was the wife of Architect Morrell, and had been a resident of Clinton since 1904. She came to this country from England in 1880, and was married at Toronto, Canada that year. Left to mourn her death besides her husband are one daughter, Sadie and one son, Albert, who is a member of the firm of John Morrell & Son.
Mrs. Morrell united with the Methodist church in her childhood and was a faithful and devoted attendant at the First Methodist church in Clinton.
The pall bearers were Messrs. Rathbun, Freed, Buren and Phillips. Mr. and Mrs. John Phillips gave the special music.
