Mrs. John Turner, formerly Miss Charlotte Kersting daughter of A. H. Kersting, 800 Fifth avenue, died at Mercy hospital at 11 o'clock Saturday night, following the birth of a bright baby boy.

Charlotte Kersting was born in Milwaukee, Wis., and came with her parents to Clinton ten years ago. She attended the grade schools and was graduated from the Clinton High school. Later she went to Connersville, Ind., where she attended Elmhurst school.

Funeral arrangements were not announced today, and are awaiting the arrival of her parents, who are on a vacation in the east.

Funeral services for Mrs. Charlotte Kersting-Turner were held at the home of her parents Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, in charge of the Rev. F. H. Burrell, rector of St. John's Episcopal church. The musical numbers were given by Donald Leslie, tenor, and Mrs. A. H. Hammarstrom, soprano.

The pallbearers were J. O'Halloran, A. P. Bryant, L. P. Sanger, W. R. Smith, R. C. Mallory, J. J. Killean, S. Eistenstein and J. B. Sullevan.

Honorary pallbearers were Misses Mildred Mansfield, Dorothy Terhune, Buelah Joehnk, Grace Joehnk, Hulda Claussen and Florence Kreim.

Out-of-town relatives at the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Schaub, Mrs. Turner's grandparents, and her aunt, Mrs. Floyd Wheeler, all of Chicago.
