DIED -- MOREY -- In this city, last Friday evening, Jennie A., the only daughter of E. W. and Helen Morey, aged six years, four months and sixteen days.

Dearest Jennie, thou has left us,
Here we breathe our last farewell,
Who can tell the grief and anguish
That within our bosoms swell.

Dearest Jennie, now cold and silent;
Thou art resting in the grave;
While we weep, thy happy spirit's
Flown away to God who gave.

It is hushed -- thy hands are folded
Motionless above thy breast;
And thy eyes are closed forever,
In a peaceful, quiet rest.

We must give thee up, sweet Jennie;
Whom we've loved so long and well;
It is past -- we breath in anguish
Darling Jennie, fare-thee-well.
